THE RED CODE TO HEALTHY LIVING

Healthy living is not limited to absence of diseases, but extended to some basic factors which I called the RED code.

R- Rest: Average adults has a normal sleeping spectrum of 7-8 hours excluding day naps of atleast 30 minutes. Some people believe that resting could be associated to lying down but not everybody that lie down actually rest indeed, and adequate rest is needed for healthy living.

E - Evercise: Exercises play an important role in healthy living and not limited to running, jugging, weight lifting etc but includes all activities that make one sweat most especially walking, most people can not walk a treckable distance. Meanwhile, exercise help burn calories and unnecessary fats. It helps fight obesity and hypertension.

D - Diet: Adequate nutritional benefits can not be guaranteed by a plenty of food but one can achieve adequate balanced diet even in a little cost or quantity of food. Diet is not limited to food but includes fruits and veggies even the work of water in diet can not be overemphasize. Good food nourishes the soul. Avoid alcohol, it damages the liver.

Apply moderation in all e.g too much sleep brings poverty, too much exercise leads to fatigue and too much food can cause constipation and indigestion.
